Joe Frio, one of the co-hosts of the excellent sales best practices podcast, Sales Roundup, interviewed Timothy Sullivan, director at Sales Performance International and host of the Selling Geek blog and podcast, about “Measuring the Dollars in the Door: Sales Metrics to Focus on in Tough Economic Times“. Tim discussed some simple techniques to help salespeople remain focused on the right activities to produce results, which is very difficult to do in challenging markets.
