Clear, crisp, concise, and to the point emails or text-messages are the way to connect with today's busy executive in lieu of a live conversation. On another note, a personal pet-peeve is the voice mail where people give their call back number so fast only a professional stenographer would have a 50/50 chance of getting it right.
